Showed up at 8:45 on Monday morning to be first in line for 9 am opening only to find a sign stating "new hours" on door and due to the lack of staff they now open at 10. So, I ran errands nearby and arrived back at 9:45 to be first in line again at 10 am when they open. An employee arrived shortly after 9:45 and entered the store. Shortly after that others started to arrive and congregate outside waiting for the doors to open. After over 20 minutes of watching the employee inside getting ready for the day, she came to the door, talked through the door saying she couldn't open the door to talk to us, she couldn't open the salon because she was the only person there. She also stated that she had no idea when they would be open. This place used to have decent and reliable work force but evidently that has taken a turn for the worse. Find another option for your hair needs or be ready for disappointments from here.

- WBWilliam BoggsAug 19, 20251.0I went the app tired to place a time of 6 pm the app took me for the next 15 minutes which is not what was looking for so when I got there I did a walk in the lady I talk to told me I had an hour and half wait I took the place in line I then took my wife to dinner we was gone next door for 40 minutes I came back into with 15 minute wait from the notification I got on my phone other costumers walking I wait an additional hour over two hours wait time I had enough they do not care about there customers it’s a shame I’m a veteran I guess if did what these ladies did this country that we live in would not be free I’m not planning on going bad I also told all my army buddies about great clips military service is thicker than water they won’t be going back to there great clips any more just like won’t
