During the appointment I was feeling good about it, thought all and was well and was telling the stylist how I was looking forward to my hair being evened out from a previous cut! The styling told me she understood because she had a previous bad hair cut experience and that the great thing about great clips is they give lots and lots of training to make their stylists feel prepared to cut comfortably and their own. Additionally, she mentioned because all they do all day is cuts, they have even more experience! Before I left I mentioned that the left side of my hair looked longer, but she said it wasn’t , so that was that! After arriving home and drying my hair, it was COMPLETELY obvious that my hair was longer on the left side!! I guess because a hair cut is less money means it should be terrible?!?! Back to spending $50 for a haircut!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
