    I know that as soon as I left the Sephora at this location that I was ready and willing to give an amazing review to the experience that I had faced. To give a little bit of contacts my skin care, hair care, literally everything between all ran out at the same time... So I was a little overwhelmed coming into the Sephora since I had no list in my mind I just knew that a lot of stuff I had to refill. It took me a couple of minutes to really muster up the courage to ask someone and even then the person that I asked for help was friendly enough to suggest me another person who would be able to give me their full undivided attention like I had asked for. Not only did this person have an enormous amount of information for each product that they recommended me, they were willing to answer any type of questions I had smaller big on anything that I had in the store. Not only did they give me the intention for almost an hour to 2 hours of me basically nervously telling them what I needed, they were willing to go through the whole store with me and suggest products that they thought would best fit my skin conditions, best with my routine since I am a heavy skin care person. And even then, after she had gone above and beyond with me having a full basket of all the stuff that I needed, they were more than willing to create a list giving me a step-by-step of how to apply each product whether it's morning, skin care, or night. Annie, I am truly above and beyond delighted with the experience you had given me that day thank you so much for making my birthday the absolute most amazing time I could have ever asked for, and I am so happy to come back and hopefully I get you again when I need to do another big refill of my products.

    Charli and Gina went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed into the store! Greeted me and ensured I got the product I came in looking for. Speaking to them was so much fun!

    Not sure where this amazing staff is other reviews are talking about, maybe they all had off the day I went. Only one member of staff half approached me to ask if I needed help as I was trying to figure out a foundation shade (clearly looking in mirror trying the sample tubes) but then they mumbled something like “your ok” and turned around before I could even say anything. After about 25 minutes of figuring out what shade best matched my mixed skin tone I just grabbed what I thought matched and checked out. I give myself a 5 star for customer service and Sephora 0.

    If I could give this review a negative star I would. The customer service here is ATROCIOUS!!! I had placed my first and last curbside order at this location. When I got the email giving directions to park at the designated parking space but saw that there were empty parking spaces, so I had to go in the mall. Once in the store. I went to an associate and explained the situation in the parking lot. She said she understood, that they were short staffed and wouldn’t be able to send someone out. She then INSTRUCTS me to STAND BY THE REGISTER the cashier would help me. As I am walking away, I HEAR RADIO THIS ON THE WALKIR TO OTHER ASSOCIATES/CASHIERS. I did as instructed and was ignored by the cashier. She didn’t even acknowledge me. MIND THIS WAS RADIO’D BY THE ASSOCIATE PRIOR.This goes on for eight minutes. Then this young lady comes up to the register to pickup her online order. This is when I got fed up!!! I approach a young lady with badly dyed red hair and tell her what’s going and that I am now running late for work. She barely listens to me, tells me she needs put something down and with snarky attitude I need to wait online next. I tell her I was instructed to go the side of the register. At this point I was so annoyed and P.O’d by the disrespect and poor customer service, I grabbed my order and left!!!! As previously mentioned earlier. This is the first and last I will do a curbside order. As well as shop at this store. If I wanted attitude from 20 somethings Ill go to the MAC counter in MACY*S
