When I walked in the staff and manger were gathered at the registered talking about there personal life's. I walked a couple of times infront of them looking for a product. They saw me, never greeted me nor asked if I needed help. It wasn't until I approached one of the workers who was busy doing a customer's makeup, that finally one of the girls from upfront decided to ask if I needed help, by then I had already gotten my answer. This wasn't the first time this had happened, and the store was empty. Also the the sales people are not very knowledgeable of their products, and don't trust there recommendations. This store is only good, if you already know what you specifically need.

However, the Sephora at Port Plaza definitely changed my mind and perspective on Sephora. The girls there are killing it!!! Literally the best!! Spending my breaks from work there 😍
