    I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my repeated experiences at this Sephora location. As a person of color, I have consistently felt racially profiled, ignored, and treated differently compared to white customers. Employees did not greet me, did not offer assistance, and instead stood around watching me while actively helping and being friendly toward white shoppers around me. This behavior is humiliating and unacceptable. I was made to feel like I was being monitored rather than welcomed as a paying customer. No help was offered, no goodbye was said, and the overall attitude made it painfully clear that I was not treated with the same respect or courtesy as others in the store. This is not a one-time incident — it has happened multiple times, which shows a troubling pattern of discrimination. It is 2026. No one should still be made to feel uncomfortable, singled out, or surveilled simply because of the color of their skin. Management needs to take this seriously and conduct a thorough review and audit of this location, including staff behavior and bias training. Customers of all backgrounds deserve equal treatment, respect, and basic human decency. I am tired of being made to feel watched, unwelcome, and disregarded. Sephora needs to do better.

    I normally don't write reviews but I felt it was necessary to post this and make others aware of what the overall store experience is here. I am a die hard Sephora shopper so I've visited many Sephoras here and there but this has to be one of the WORST locations I've come across in many years. Zero customer service. From the second you walk in, it's a ghost town and you eventually see that all 5 employees are always chatting off, completely avoiding their customers or even showing interest in being there. I've had to ask for help a couple of times, getting shade matched or finding a certain item and have probably one had 1 decent employee show up. All the way from the managers down to the advisors. Then you get to the cash register and you get either catty attitudes or no greeting/eye contact. Beware making large returns because you'll get the rudest treatment possible at the register even if there are 0 issues with any of your items and are within the policy window, they still do not care. Truly a bizarre experience, it's almost as if management trains all advisors to not speak to any customers. Will never step foot in this store again. Truly don't know how this store even manages to stay open.

    Order pickup is awful. No one is ever near pickup which is by the entrance! You have to find someone or walk to the front for help and they tell you to wait for someone by pickup which is by the door! Not a welcoming store which is uncomfortable because it’s a small store. The Sephora at Walt Whitman is much better but inconvenient since you have to go to the mall. Has items that Ulta doesn’t. Ulta order pickup is easy, by the door and they notice you right away. Ulta is close by and bigger and has 20% off for every tier member and much more often .

    So far I am going to say coming to this particular Sephora has been a very positive experience. The people who work here seem to be super nice and very helpful and thank goodness it's not swamped with people
