I was greeted by Aaliyah and she was so wonderful to work with. She listened to my preferences and directed me to products that would work with my complexion. For someone who has never been into a Sephora in my life, this experience is one I will remember. Thank you so much. <3

One of them was named Karen (or at least that’s what her name tag said) and she sure fits the part for a typical Karen!!!! The other one, I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a ton of eyeliner. They made me feel so uncomfortable and clearly only help certain type of customers that come in. I will personally never go to this location again. I didn’t even bother to buy anything because I felt like they didn’t deserve my sale. Also the store was a mess. It looked like stuff was just thrown around on the shelves, makeup was smeared all over everything. It looked SO dirty in there. Also looked like they didn’t bother to restock anything. Shelves were practically empty. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.

They were just walking between the aisles and register chatting to each other. It’s the worst service I’ve ever received (or not received) amongst all the Sephora stores I’ve been to.
