The perm came back out and I have called them several times to have this addressed and fixed. I paid $150 dollars for my hair to be ruined. They have not returned my calls or tried to make this right. Do not recommend!

After a girl with not experience whatsoever tried to do my daughter's hairstyle while the manager was not even concerned, the girl was very nice but she should not be doing hairstyles which require some experience. Terrible experience.

I told my stylist how long I wanted my hair and showed a picture... It's about 2-3 inches shorter than I wanted and looks ridiculous. One side is shorter than the other! And she missed pieces that I literally had to fix myself at home.
