You can’t get help with make-up because of the lines at the register, and then when you finally wait your turn and someone comes to help you, if someone asks them a question, they move back over to the register- it’s ridiculous! They need a better system to help everyone or someone should stay assigned to the register!

I only wish they had better stock, Sometimes you have to order on the website of Kohl's to get your item., Because many things are not carried in that store or they are out of stock. Always check Kohl's website for the item you want., It will tell you if it's available in the store.

- TTTatianaDec 15, 20241.0Go to the Sephora in the Oceanside shopping center not this one. Staff will give you looks all day. Then not let you return something when the product is clearly not right. I purchased a glow recipe serum from here and it came super watery like it was sitting there for a long time. I went to return it and the person at the register said i could not return it without a Receipt even though I bought it two days prior and Sephora can look it up through your insider account. Also, they said they remembered me here a couple days ago But did not continue to help and claimed if we don’t have the paper receipt there’s nothing they can do. crazy because every other Sephora store is able to look it up through your phone number and or email. Also the night i was there the work was telling me the store closes 20 minutes before it actually did SO RUDE!
