  I drove about 45 minutes to the Cosmetics Company Store for a restock of some of my regular beauty items. According to the website, they open at 10am. When I arrived to the store at 10:20am, it was closed, but no signage stating anything regarding the closure. I decided to sit and wait for a few minutes since I drove out of the way, only to witness an employee walk in around 10:40am, lock the door behind her, and head into the back. By 11:00am, the employee still had not opened the store, turned the lights on, unlocked the door, etc. She just hung out at the front counter sitting on her phone while the store was locked up to customers. Such an incredibly disappointing experience. If it’s something important, don’t waste your time going to this store.

  I have lost count of how many times I have visited this location! This store offers great deals and updates their sales wall regularly. Great deals and products aside, what makes this store great is the staff. Everything I come in, I am greeted and told about all of the new sales. They always ask me what I am looking for and help me find it. Even though I have come in many times, I felt I needed to leave a review after visiting yesterday. I was helped by Mia who listened to my needs and to the product type I was hoping to find. I have difficult skin, and she took the time to educate me about how to best take care of it. It was clear Mia was well informed and cared about my needs. She went above and beyond! (Thanks, Mia!)

  A month or so ago I stopped in at The Cosmetics Company store because I was hoping to find a concealer. I was tired and likely looked it. I am not a particularly feminine person and although I like makeup, I am definitely not comfortable in a makeup store. The ladies worked so hard to find my perfect shade without being pushy at all. I left quite happy with my purchases. I went back tonight and had an even better experience. It was the same two ladies and when I walked in, I was remembered from last time. The helpfulness was just as incredible and is not in an icky salesperson type help, more of a truly helping type help. I left absolutely thrilled with my purchases and feel like I got a killer deal. The prices are fantastic, as is the selection, but the best part is the staff.
