    Veronica helped me with my last minute gift ideas and she’s the BEST employee at CCS. Always pleasant personality, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and treat all customers with respect.     I bought a perfume 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t the same one I thought. I called and spoke to so called manger name Anna and she answered the phone rude and I told her my situation I couldn’t even get the full sentence out before she straight out told me no, we don’t do refunds or exchanges and basically hung the phone up on me. Very unprofessional and did not try to accommodate or be helpful will not be spending no more money there.

    They have some good deals on cosmetics. The best deal I like is the 6 for 60 deal where you can get 6 items for $60.00.

    Seriously such a fantastic store! I love CCS and the women at Niagra Falls are fantastic! Jaydin was so amazing and went through the store to help find the items I needed and was so patient with all of my questions. Anna is amazing too! Love this location, definitely worth shopping here with them! :)

    Love shopping at the Cosmetic Company store. Always finding great deals. Nice store. Employee(Veronica) very friendly, helpful and willing/eager to help.
