  Got 3 piercings and had to take one out. It was growing over and rejecting after a week. I think they pierced it wrong because it was growing into my skin and wouldnt come out. Tried to call them but they dont have a phone system. And I sent 2 emails so far and no one has responded. So getting piercings and no follow up when youre having issues is terrible customer service. I will be going to experienced piercers from now on. Spend your money somewhere else. Ive never had a piercing reject before and I have a lot of piercings.

  Everyone at this location is very kind and professional. Elizabeth did four piercings for me and she was great! I let her pick the locations of each piercing and I love how it turned out.

  Absolutely love this Studs location. Went in for two piercings, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and thorough. Couldn't recommend it enough. Great team/service.

  One of my ears (regular piercing) closed and I learned about studs. It feels like they’re just trying to pull a bait & switch for everything - it said to sign up for 20% off - I get all of the marketing messages but a code was never sent and they wouldn’t honor it. I also only had ONE ear pierced that had closed and got two earrings to match but they charged me for two piercings. When you go in, it’s incredibly disorganized and they just can’t seem to figure it out. I was told to come back to have my long post changed out after healing. I came by requesting this and they looked at me like I had five heads.
