I only had problem at Sephora, and I think the person was nma new worker and was a little nervous. But, what had happened was I brought my empty bottle of nars foundation to purchase a new bottle so she took me over to wear the bars foundation was and looked around then handed me the bottle of nars foundation. Come to find out she grabbed any bottle and gave it to me. Thank God I didn't leave the store, instead I got another attendant to help me, which that attendant informed me that how co- worker indeed gave me the wrong foundation. But no worries I. Still going to continue to shop at Sephora because they have quality products that I love!. Thanks Sephora 💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I walked in around 6:30 and needed to get my makeup done for my birthday dinner, Mirca was welcoming and kind. She told me she was going to see what they could do to see if someone could possibly do my makeup since it was late (6:30) and the makeup artist had left already. She asked Ivan and he didn’t think twice, proceeded to do my makeup very very kind and professional. The makeup was stunning! I just wanna thank them again and let sephora know that they need a raise!!!

Tried to get a staff member to assist with an item, had to search for someone who was free, was still told to wait before being helped. Item wasn’t in stock, then was told to wait again while they checked in the back and was left twiddling my thumbs while they assisted other customers. Walked out because I can wait at home and order online for that level of customer service.
