My experience at this Sephora location was AMAZING!!
For a very long time, I struggled to find the right shade of foundation. It was extremely difficult. Before yesterday, I had bought around 10 different foundations, including 2 that were recommended to me by Sephora employees at other locations, but unfortunately none of them matched me properly:(
Yesterday, I came to this location hoping someone would finally be able to help me, and that’s when I met Elizaveta! She patiently tested several shades with me, recommended a different makeup brand, and yes!! we finally found the perfect shade for me! She also recommended an amazing makeup primer, which I ended up buying as well✨
Elizaveta is incredibly professional. Out of all the employees I’ve spoken with before, she was the only one who truly helped me find exactly what I was looking for🥹
Thank you so much! From now on, I’ll only be coming to this location so I can work with Elizaveta!!

I had a few products that I had been eying, I was trying a foundation and a concealer, I was swatching the different shades on my skin on the testing station in order to find my right shade. About ten minutes after I had just arrived, a manager named Israel looked me up and down and caught him giving me the dirtiest look I was gagged and confused by such action, yet he simply continued to follow me around. This creepy freak kept staring at me like a lunatic, watching my every move and treating me with hostility the entire time there.
I had a basket full of products, and he called me over and asked if he could speak with me; He told me that I had been in the store for 1 hour and a half and immediately, this behavior took a worst turn when he started assuming that I was doing my makeup in the store. He said that I had to pay for a makeup service and that testing sample products was not allowed—without offering any valid explanation whatsoever. It made no absolute sense. He said that if I wanted to try on any makeup product, I had to ask for a Beauty Advisor and that I could not try the testers myself. Nor was I aware that it was mandatory to request assistance. If he would have stopped me and told me something regarding the use of disposable applicators and swatch on your hand/wrist rather than applying directly to your face that way, I would have understood it completely—that there was a high risk of contamination, whatsoever I never applied the products directly from the tester to my face I was using the sponges and cotton pads, I used alcohol and a paper wipe to clean the testers I sanitized the products with alcohol and paper wipes after using them and placed them back into place but it was obvious that his only intention was to be rude to me.
He created a hostile environment specially in this store setting. I went to the front desk to report the incident they left me waiting and gave me excuses, long story short no one got back to me. It’s so disappointing that Sephora allows this types of discriminatory behaviors within their crew members, this was a clear case of racial profiling and I hope that they stop allowing this kind of behavior in their stores, because I have no intention of ever shopping at this location again. The incident occurred on Monday, March 23, at around 1:00- 1:26 p.m.

Jacks was incredibly patient and extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions, and I honestly left knowing more than I ever expected to after years of buying makeup. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I truly understood, which I really appreciated. I had just finished a long day of work and was extremely tired, but Jaxia was so understanding, kind, and genuinely pleasant. She managed to keep me laughing, energized, and happy, which completely changed my mood and made the entire experience such a joy.
I do want to clarify one part of my visit that had nothing to do with Jaxia. I initially asked questions to a brand representative who does not work directly for Sephora. At the time, I didn’t realize he was a contractor for a specific brand, as everyone working in the store wears black and it was difficult to tell the difference. That misunderstanding may have been on my part; however, he seemed visibly annoyed when I asked questions, which was disappointing.
Thankfully, Jaxia stepped in and helped me instead, and I’m very grateful she did. She turned what could have been a frustrating situation into an incredibly positive experience.
