Maria (a Dior representative) was so kind! She helped me find everything I was looking for—from a Patrick Ta blush to an Armani concealer and more. Everything was pleasant up until checkout. A kind associate rang me up but unfortunately forgot to apply my Rouge discount. She called over a man named Shankar, and he immediately seemed annoyed that he had to fix the error. He rushed me through the checkout process, had a bad attitude, and didn’t even give me the option to choose whether I wanted my receipt printed or emailed.
Lastly, he dismissed me quickly once we finished, again appearing annoyed—as if I had made the mistake. I did mention it to the manager on the floor, and she received the feedback well, which I appreciated! So bummed this happened because my experience was going so well! 🥺
Remember folks, it’s ok to have a bad day but don’t take it out on others! And maybe not a 9 month pregnant lady!

The team here is always super helpful. When I’m moving quickly, they cut the bullshit and get me out the door fast. When I need a consultation, they take the time to chat it out.

On 3/21/26, I visited this store for the first time and it will absolutely be my last. The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful from the start. When I asked for assistance, I was sent to an older, older employee who was not only rude, but also dismissive and unprofessional. Her facial expression and body language showed how bother she was to help me. Her attitude made the experience extremely uncomfortable, and it came across as disrespectful and inappropriate. On top of that, she lacked basic knowledge and was unable to provide any real help.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store to others.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Sephora.
I returned the day after purchasing a fragrance to request a simple exchange. The sales associate immediately recognized me from the previous day — yet instead of assisting, she accused me of “running away” and flat-out refused to help, without even attempting to verify the situation.
What’s worse is the complete lack of professionalism and accountability from management. The store manager fully supported this behavior, showing no interest in resolving the issue, no willingness to listen, and no basic customer care.
Being accused, dismissed, and treated with this level of disrespect — especially when I was a legitimate customer making a valid request — is shocking for a brand like Sephora.
This was not just poor service, it was unprofessional, hostile, and deeply disappointing.
I will not be returning to this location.
