  Prime location and huge selection. The staff was friendly ( shout out to Julio for the great moisturizer rec and being so kind!) .

  I was wrongly accused of stealing and physically threatened by security all because I looked at a product and put it back on the shelf. Easily the worst Sephora experience I've had in the 10+ years of being a customer. Buyer beware, do not shop here unless you like being harassed and threatened.

  Crazy long line, only 2 employees at registered, 4-5 employees standing at the corner of the register chit chat and laughing ignoring the long line, I approached one hispanic young guy with curly hair and he just walk away ignoring me (absolutely racial discrimination occurrence) speechless!! Manager should monitor the floor better

  Came in on a Tuesday afternoon expecting to just purchase one thing, however the friendly attitude, superb knowledge, and detailed product recommendations from everyone on the team made me spend over 300 haha! I was in need to update some of my old makeup and skincare products, with new products launching and new skincare concerns, I was looking for a refresher for my vanity and the whole team stepped up and helped me fulfill that goal! It’s very unfortunate I forgot the name of all the associates that assisted me but it was 6-8 individuals, from walking me to a specific product line I was looking for or doing a demo of a product I was interested in, I was fully blown away! I’m beyond thankful and will make it a point to go out of my way to visit this exact location again! Thank you, everyone!
