Extremely poor service.
I asked an associate to help me get a perfume and was told to wait. Wowww 20 minutes, nothing. I then waited another 15 minutes in line just to ask again, and was passed to a male employee who completely ignored me, moved slowly, and even helped other customers instead. The item was clearly in stock, but I was left waiting for almost an hour with no help. This felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. Also when I try to tell this worker Patrick about what happened, he try to act like he doesn’t know anything and act dumb. This honestly made me question whether I was being treated differently for a reason. I will email and keep reporting or figure out how to solve this and apologize.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sephora today.
I came in intending to purchase a perfume along with several other products. I asked one of the associates for assistance, and they told me it would be brought to me shortly. However, after waiting for about 20 minutes, nothing arrived.
I then decided to get in line at the checkout area, which took another 15 minutes. When I finally reached the front and asked again, they told a male associate name Patrick to help me. Unfortunately, instead of assisting me, he kept delaying, moving slowly, and even went to help other customers while I was left waiting.
What made this more frustrating was that the items I wanted were clearly in stock, yet I was repeatedly ignored. In total, I spent nearly an hour waiting without receiving any help, and eventually had to leave without making any purchase.
This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff responsiveness and customer service in the future. I would have made a purchase today, but due to the poor service, I chose to leave.

I had the best experience at Sephora thanks to Michelle from the fragrance department. I visited on my birthday, March 27th, and she was so kind, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to help me.
I came in looking for a new everyday fragrance and wasn’t sure what I wanted, but she took her time with me, walked me through different options, and made the whole process feel fun instead of overwhelming. I never felt rushed, and she really listened to what I liked.
What meant the most to me is that she followed up with me afterward when a perfume I wanted came back in stock. That level of care is rare, and it made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.
Michelle made my entire experience feel special. I left not only with products I love, but also feeling truly taken care of. She has such a kind spirit, and Sephora is lucky to have her.

I went in today because I needed a brow gel and a brow pencil. I’m still a beginner, so I was hoping for a bit of guidance. I ended up asking four different people for help. The first one, couldn’t leave the entrance, which is fine. The second didn’t really know what to suggest. The third tried, but at some point told me I should dye my eyebrows and that honestly made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
Makeup is supposed to work for us, not the other way around. We shouldn’t be made to feel like we need to change something about ourselves. I’m sure it wasn’t said with bad intentions, but it still didn’t feel right.
In the end, Oliver helped me, and all four stars go to them. They were kind, professional, and really thoughtful. After a long day, I just wanted to feel a little better about myself and they made that happen. Thank you, it meant a lot for me.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sephora store at 34th street, next to Macy’s. During my visit, one of the employees ( picture attached) was extremely rude and behaved in a way that felt harassing toward customers. He raised his voice and made inappropriate comments, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
It wasn’t just directed at me, I noticed other customers were also being spoken to in a disrespectful manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a retail environment where customers should feel welcome and respected. I’ve been the customer of Sephora for decades, have rouge status and I was never been disrespected like today by this employee.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return.
