    I visited Sephora today around 4:30 PM, and it was extremely busy. There were approximately 40–50 people waiting in line, but only two cashiers available. One of them was occupied assisting a customer with a language barrier, which effectively left only one active cashier for a very long time. What was frustrating is that there were many employees on the floor, yet no one stepped in to help manage the checkout line or open additional registers. Instead, several staff members appeared to be chatting while the line kept growing. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes just to check out, which made me late for work. I completely understand that stores can get busy, but basic support and awareness of customer flow should be expected—especially when there are enough employees present to help. This experience felt disorganized and poorly managed, and it significantly impacted my day. I hope management can address this and improve staffing flexibility during peak hours.

    RAY was amazing!! I was nervous to ask for help she jumped right in to offer her assistance. I hope to receive her wonderful assistance again in the future🫶 It was awesome to be assisted by someone knowledgeable in the skin care field. Couldn’t of asked for more 💞🥳
