    I wish I could say I’ve had positive experiences at this location, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. It’s a smaller store, and the customer service is often lacking. There is also an ongoing sense of racial profiling that is hard to ignore. It creates an uncomfortable environment and takes away from what should be an enjoyable shopping experience. Today while checking out, I asked if they carried the new Laura Mercier blush. The cashier directed me back to the display. I explained that I had already checked and that it wasn’t there. She then said they had “run out.” However, the display only had the older blush line, which made it clear she wasn’t aware of the newer release and hadn’t actually verified before responding. The interaction felt dismissive rather than helpful. I miss the days when this location first opened—there were such creative, knowledgeable makeup artists who were genuinely helpful. That level of expertise and care seems to be missing now. I hope the store invests more in staff training, product knowledge, and creating a more respectful and attentive experience for all customers. Addressing implicit bias and ensuring all customers feel equally welcomed should be part of that effort.

    Booked Claudia at the last minute the day before my birthday. I got luck she was amazing, makeup came out beautifully she took her time even those she was booked back to back she didn’t rush me in and out. She complimented me throughout and made me feel more beautiful before I even saw the finished results. And the infamous Maggie did my lashes so Claudia could take her client after me on time. She was a vibe too. Very informative and funny. Both ladies were professional and a VIBE!!! Book with THEM!!
