  I am so grateful to have found Romeo + Juliette. From my initial consultation, the entire team—from management to technicians and staff—demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and attentiveness. They really took the time to understand my goals and approached the process with genuine care and individualized attention. Facial laser hair removal is a particularly sensitive area, and I had some initial hesitation based on a negative prior experience. They took my concerns seriously, and my progress was closely monitored throughout. I always felt extremely well cared for by my technician. You can see from their website how many skin and need-specific lasers and services they offer. My experience with R+J has been great, and my results are fantastic. For anyone considering laser hair removal in NYC, I would really say, look no further.

  I rarely write reviews, but this one is long overdue. I first became a client at Romeo & Juliet Laser in 2007 when I began my laser hair removal journey, and from the very beginning I felt I could completely trust them. To be very honest, I am an extremely hairy person — I had thick, dark hair (sometimes 3 hairs coming from a single pore). It was something that made me self-conscious for years. I finally decided to go for it and treated my legs, stomach, underarms, bikini, and even my butt. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Fast forward to 2026, and I recently returned for a complete bikini and upper lip because I trust them dearly. When it comes to something this personal, I would only choose Romeo & Juliet. Their kindness, expertise, and professionalism truly compare to none. The staff has always made me feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. Over nearly 20 years, they have genuinely changed my life. I no longer have to feel embarrassed about stubble, dark hair spots, ingrowns, or rashes.
