I have 15 credits saved up thinking I’d be able to build a proper iv with the credits not only get two ingredients but they only let you get two ingredients and then you have to pay more. Why have credits if you can’t use them to build a full iv drip. Everytime I come in order to get the ivs I’ve been getting for years other places I now have to spend over 100 dollars in addition to the monthly fee. I’ve already paid hundreds of dollars so why am I having to spend more in order to get a good quality drip. Terrible and flawed system. I’m gonna lose a lot of money when I go to cancel too because they only give you 30 days to use everything if you cancel instead of the 100 days you normally have to use them (which I also had no idea about till another location informed me a couple weeks ago) I didn’t even get the membership agreement till the other location a couple weeks ago Not happy with my purchase. Employees are nice but the system is flawed.

What are your core services and their benefits?
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
What is the benefit of being a member?
