I saw their wesbite and it said "Loyalty Reward Program" So I called and asked...if i come for a haircut, do i grab an card, or is it an app" her response was "What are you talking about...loyalty what..." I said "On your website it says you have a Loyalty rewards program, if it is a card, I can come grab it and get a haircut" her response was "I don't know what...what are you, what (laughed) we don't have anything you are saying, we don't have a website" then hung up. LMAO Whaaaaat??? no website... this is who you have hired to answer calls? Even if she didn't know the least she could have said was "I am unsure, but I could ask someone who knows" Terrible customer service. Here for a wedding, me and other groomsmen wanted to get haircuts done including the groom. LOL she just said no to 5 shaves and cuts.
