  I stopped by to get a downsize and wanted to figure out what piercings to get next and Lee helped me so much!!! His design instincts were amazing and he recommended unique pieces in spots that totally fit my anatomy that I couldn’t think of myself. I ended up getting one piercing that day with a marquise hoop that looks perfect with the rest of my piercings. He also helped me pick out another dangly piece that blew my mind with how great it fit in my other ear. I’m getting another conch piercing in the spot he recommended next to finish out my curated ear! Thank you, Lee for being the most awesome stylist! And also Ashley for being so cool and the best piercer I’ve ever had!

  I had an amazing experience at Maria Tash, thanks to my sales associate, Sebastian. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand my style and offered thoughtful recommendations that felt personalized and genuine. I purchased a lightning bolt stud and a diamond eternity hoop, and I absolutely love both pieces—they’re exactly what I was looking for. The store is beautiful, but the standout was the exceptional service. Sebastian made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with him!

  The first time I came here, my experience was only ok as my SA frankly didn’t care if I lived or died LMAO but Lee (Fouche) helped me upon return visits and he is the BEST!! He listened to my vision & helped me plan the perfect aesthetic. So so kind and lovely to work with!!! 10/10 definitely ask for him if you come here!

  1 Star — Maria Tash Is a Fraud I spent $1,900 at Maria Tash. Three pieces broke within days. Two fell out of my ears and are gone forever because the closures failed while I was living my life. Not running a marathon. Not welding. Existing. When I contacted them, they blamed me — called it "improper installation." It's an earring, not a carburetor. Their racket works like this: the return policy says you can't return worn items. The defective item policy is a separate section entirely. So when your earring breaks on your body, they say you wore it, so no return. And when you say it's defective, they say prove it. But you can't, because it fell out of your ear and disappeared because it was defective. It is a policy structure designed to make it impossible to get your money back no matter what happens. That's not customer service. That's fraud with a serif font. I'm not the only person this happened to. The reviews are full of the same story. Diamonds glued in instead of set. Clickers that won't latch. Threaded posts that don't fit standard backings. Stones falling out during normal wear. $500 pieces breaking in months. The pattern is so consistent it's practically a business model. Professional piercers have stopped carrying this brand. Multiple piercers have said publicly they won't stock Maria Tash because of recurring quality failures. When the people whose entire livelihood depends on jewelry working properly refuse to sell yours, that tells you everything. A former Maria Tash employee — a piercer — left a review saying: "Bad management, bad practices, terrible experience. I'm pretty sure it's a cult. Jewelry is made so cheap for its cost and the integrity of the piercing is not thought of. Stylists regularly do whatever to make the sale." Their own staff is telling you the jewelry is cheap and the sales tactics are predatory. Maria Tash holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They are not BBB accredited and have failed to respond to filed complaints. And in 2024, Maria Tash actually sued a customer for fraud. The company that sells defective jewelry, refuses refunds, and hides behind contradictory policies is taking customers to court. Let that sink in. Maria Tash charges luxury prices for product quality you wouldn't accept from a mall kiosk. The difference is the mall kiosk doesn't gaslight you when the $12 earring breaks. Maria Tash will blame you for their garbage craftsmanship and keep your $1,900 with a smile. This company survives on aesthetics, Instagram, and the assumption that anyone spending this much won't bother fighting back. I spent $1,900 and got a week of wear and a masterclass in corporate gaslighting. Blatant consumer fraud.

  I went to Maria Tash on a whim because I desperately needed support handling a tricky conch piercing I got pierced elsewhere which I think is important to note. I called a few minutes before walking in and was told once a piercer was available in about 15 minutes they’d be happy to help! While I waited about 5 minutes I saw the interactions between all the customers and sales reps and everyone was so kind. I know that can be rare in the piercing world but everyone I interacted with was so swweeeeettt! They invited me to not give up on my piercing and come to them when I was ready and comfortable. Now onto Gabe. My piercing angel. Gabe was so knowledgeable and gave me the power of choice while also being so informative. Taking out the piercing was an endeavor since I hadn’t gotten it pierced there but he reassured me every step of the way and made sure my dramatics weren’t from pain lol. Once out he informed me what went wrong which was also kind. I would go back and ask for Gabe because one he was knowledgeable and two because he was funny and so calming. Thank you to the team at Maria Tash! I’ll be back!
