  I went in to buy my friend a gift and wanted to replace an item she bought previously to surprise her and Ashante was so helpful she thought quickly and located the item. Great customer support I really appreciate the help.

  After trying at Ulta, I decided to try directly at the MAC store since they have more shades. My experience here was terrible. The sales associate was so upset and offended that I did not like her choice of foundation. It was DEF not my match but she insisted. She said “what else do you want? I gave you this one and you didn’t like it. If I go higher it’s too dark… this is it!” As a 44 yr old woman being spoken to by another this way, where I’m paying my money, is uncalled for. Oh yea, at the end she said “well, it’s your money, idc. Return it if you want!” Horrible service. It’s a shame because it’s my local Mac…first and last time going there. No thank you. Off I go to another location to try and get color matched for the 5th time.

  I had a great makeup appointment with Cassandra. She was super kind. Great energy! My makeup came out perfect. Loved it. Definitely recommend her !!

  Kina was GREAT! She took her time with my makeup. When I wanted a correction she did it quickly. She was so sweet. So calm. I will definitely be returning
