  I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent experience at the Madison Avenue location (1046 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10075). When I arrived approximately 10 minutes before opening, I politely asked if I could enter five minutes early to quickly purchase a few items before the blizzard gets any worse. The staff member, Catherine, responded in a manner that I found to be rude and impatient, yelling at me and stating that the store was closed. When I entered the store her attitude immediately changed and she tried to please me by giving me “extra” samples which were by the way the same amount I usually get from other staffs. Absolutely unprofessional.

  I came here to get a gift for mother's day. The woman working there was very nice and put the lotion in a gift bag. She made sure the bow on the bag was perfect. Excellent customer service.
