The workers didn’t even say hello and was to busy texting on their phones and pretend I was not there. I totally shop at the World Trade Center loccitane location and they greet me and help me look for anything or ask if I need help. I won’t be shopping at this store again it’s sad. 😔
- MMManiDec 29, 20251.0I have been using L'Occitane for YEARS and I have never had such a horrible experience coming into a store. When I initially came into the store it was not crowded at all, and still no employee made any effort to help me find what I was looking for. When I was approached by an employee, it was a man with colored contacts who was VERY rude to my granddaughter. I have had an interaction with this man before, I think he is the manager. He has been helpful in the past but he was very rude to my granddaughter and when I asked him about the change in pricing for an item he was very snotty and unwilling to explain the discrepancy. I left without buying because I was so shocked by the service. I don't know if I want to shop here anymore. I was going to buy my christmas gifts from L'Occitane but I went to lush instead.
