Hala, Hala, Hala!! I’ve been coming here for a few years and Hala is my favorite. She’s always so kind and uplifting. She knows I’m not one of these rich people who can just do these procedures every couple of months etc and still treats me like everybody else. It’s so important for people to be treated well whether they’re spending 500 or 5,000 on a procedure. Whether they come once a year or every week lol. Kindness goes such a long way for me personally and she’s excellent at placement of my dysport injections!! Thank you Hala!!

I had a great experience! I was greeted by this high tech virtual assistant who assisted me taking pictures of my face for my first microneedling appointment. She was very sweet and gave me the proper instructions to prepare for my appointment. Overall experience and results from first session was 10/10. Just booked my second appointment. I would recommend anyone battling with acne scars and hyperpigmentation to go for a session, first time Clients get a great deal .

I've been coming here for a couple of years since I’ve always enjoyed the providers here, took a break from fillers and Botox and recently came back. Hala Innabi was my provider recently when I returned, and I’ve really appreciated her work. Also, the membership is fantastic, offering discounts and allowing me to use 100% of the monthly or annual fee toward services. I was dealing with migration in my lip fillers, and she helped dissolve them, making sure I didn’t experience any pain, since dissolving fillers can be quite uncomfortable for me. She also suggested a J-lyft, and although I was hesitant at first, I am really happy with the results. Especially because she listened to my concerns and goals and offered her advice to give me an overall well-balanced face with a combination of lip and facial fillers. Hala also scheduled a follow-up appointment to ensure I’m satisfied with the results and to address any questions or concerns I might have, which I appreciated. I’ve definitely been happy with the results four weeks after the J-lyft and refreshed lip fillers!

As someone who has undergone 10–12 professional microneedling sessions in the past, I am very familiar with standard protocols. Unfortunately, my experience today was distressing for several reasons. As a Black woman, I felt a very dismissive and unwelcoming energy from the provider. When I attempted to build rapport by sharing what I do for a living, I felt challenged and stereotyped rather than respected. There was a competitive, “one-upping” dynamic throughout the interaction that created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Every client deserves a baseline level of respect and comfortability. I also professionally asserted a boundary by declining the use of plastic wrap over the numbing cream on my face, as I have found it unnecessary for my skin. However, the provider appeared visibly annoyed by my request. Despite my experience with this procedure, the numbing cream was left on for 20 minutes. Hours later, the side of my face and my upper lip remain completely numb, which raises a significant safety concern. Additionally, the technique used felt unnecessarily aggressive, with a strong emphasis on “making the skin bleed.” When I asked what needle depth was being used, she adjusted it and stated a number that did not seem accurate based on how aggressive the treatment felt. The puncturing was much more intense than what I am accustomed to, particularly in my cheek areas. I have never gone that deep before with microneedling, and in my experience, practitioners typically start at a comfortable level and gradually increase depth based on the client’s tolerance. This resulted in an excruciating burning sensation that I have never experienced in any of my prior sessions. The appointment also felt heavily focused on upselling additional services that I had already declined. Furthermore, being left alone in the treatment room for 20 minutes with numbing cream on my face felt disjointed and neglectful. When I asked for the provider to return, she responded that she was “just about to come in.” At that point, it had already been exactly 20 minutes, and I expressed that the numbing cream should not be left on that long, as it was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. It should be actively monitored. As of 5:49 PM, I am still experiencing numbness around my ears and mouth, which suggests the cream may not have been properly removed. I discovered your office through the creator community on TikTok and was genuinely excited to try a new location. However, the lack of cultural competency and the apparent “one-size-fits-all” approach was a major disappointment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure that future clients do not have a similar experience. Thank you, Bria Fleming

Went in for a free 3d facial consultation with Micheala. She didn’t show me anything that was advertised like skin analysis, wrinkles, aging analysis etc. They only took my photos and literally just asked me what are my concerns. The worst thing was the practitioner was pressuring me so much to book a service or buy skincare. The whole 20 min conversation was about pressuring to pay for something! When I said I’m not going to make a decision on spot, she kept asking me why and almost interrogating! Very pushy and it almost felt like the advertise was sketchy!! It felt like they just wanted me to be a pay pig and get any service available RIGHT ON SPOT! It’s very unprofessional for a provider to force a treatment like this on the customer and then interrogating them! I would have booked a micro needling session with them but after this appointment - NO THANKS! I went for a different clinic.
