  Consistently listed as one of Mew York’s best spas by Timeout…and for good reason. Excellent service. Great environment. And run like a well oiled machine. Also a great place for men looking to pamper themselves.

  Gabrielle the owner is an amazing spirit and an ally to so many like trans 🏳️‍⚧️ folks. June is my favorite nail technician and gives salt massages for hands 🙌 cute merch and friendly staff.

  My massage with Simone was excellent. However, the treatment room had a partition instead of a door for one of the walls, and the entire service was disrupted by hearing distracting noises from the room next door. (Bottles clinking, chairs rolling on floors, items dropping on the floor.). Unfortunately it had a negative impact on my overall experience. But I would recommend Simone as a therapist.

  The customer service at Haven really stands out. Our team has worked with them on corporate events, and they are always professional, responsive, and easy to coordinate with. Everything is handled smoothly, from planning to execution, which makes a big difference in a work setting. Corporate teams love them. They show up prepared, stay consistent and create a calm, polished experience every time.

  Love this little gem of a spa. I've been here for facials and massages and they were both excellent. I recently got the hydrafacial, which really got rid of all the gunk in my (neglected) pores. I love that the staff does not try to upsell you on services like at some other spas. While the spa is small, they have a relaxing little waiting area with some water, teas and light snacks, and they will order food for you should you choose. This is a great spa to treat yourself for some relaxing indulgence.
