    My family member did not like the massage I gifted via Groupon. He was attended by someone that was rude and pressured him to upgrade a service. Unfortunately, will not be returning.

    Horrible experience here today. I got a gel manicure and asked for a stripe pattern, to which my manicurist agreed. She did not take any care in prepping my nails, meaning she left a lot of my old color around the edges of my nails and did not shape my nails at all. When she finished the base coat, she attempted to do this stripe pattern, but it was possibly the worst attempt at stripes i’ve ever seen. I’m not upset that this woman could not do stripes, but that she accepted my request KNOWING she could not replicate my inspiration. So now i have a plain, patternless base color that I would not have chose otherwise, old color on the edges, uneven nails, and no refund!!!???? She attempted to fix the color at the edges and ended up filing off half the top coat on the nails she did paint. So so horrible. Cherry on top: these were supposed to be my special birthday nails.

    Just had a facial. The service was given to me by ROSIE. I feel amazing 👏. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful, and made adjustments to make me as comfortable as possible. She checked in with me throughout the service. She told me what she was going to do next. She made me feel beautiful. Rosie left my skin glowing! 10/10.

    I felt extremely uncomfortable during my appointment. I’ve been here before and had a fine experience, which is why this visit was so disappointing. This time, the nail technician (Julia) was rude, aggressive, and dismissive, and I felt rushed from the start. When I asked for my gel to be soaked off instead of drilled, because my nails are very thin, I was told it would “take too long.” The drilling was painful and burned my skin, and even after telling her it hurt, she continued and showed no concern. Any time I asked for something to be done differently or raised a concern, I was met with attitude and pushback, as if my judgment as a client was constantly being challenged. She even applied three coats on one hand and only two on the other, and when I pointed it out, she told me I was wrong. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and genuinely uncomfortable. This was not the experience you expect when paying for a service. I will not be back.
