- JJJohnathan JosephsOct 6, 20251.0Upon my arrival at your hotel for a couples massage and spa day, I entrusted my car keys to your valet service, expecting a seamless experience. However, when I was ready to depart, the valet refused to return my car to me at the hotel entrance. I was informed that I needed to walk one block away to a third-party parking garage to retrieve it myself. I was never informed of this policy or arrangement whenl handed over my keys. Had I been aware that your valet service would not return my vehicle directly to the hotel, I would have made alternative parking arrangements. The lack of clear communication and the inconvenience of having to walk to retrieve my car significantly detracted from what was supposed to be a relaxing spa day. Staff took no responsibility and we very rude to me upon raising the concern.
