  Got 3 piercings and had to take one out. It was growing over and rejecting after a week. I think they pierced it wrong because it was growing into my skin and wouldnt come out. Tried to call them but they dont have a phone system. And I sent 2 emails so far and no one has responded. So getting piercings and no follow up when youre having issues is terrible customer service. I will be going to experienced piercers from now on. Spend your money somewhere else. Ive never had a piercing reject before and I have a lot of piercings.

  I went in to re-pierce an old hole that had closed up. The entire team from start to finish was incredibly kind, helpful, communicative, and professional. From being greeted when I walked in, updated while I waited on the jewelry to be sanitized, and then walked through each and every step of the piercing. I felt comfortable, welcome, and prepared for each step. I would absolutely come back here to get another piercing! Edited to add: I had already purchased multiple earrings from STUDS, but this was my first piercing experience with them. To give further context on the jewelry itself - they have HANDS DOWN the best flatback studs on the market. The insertion tool is insanely helpful, their size guides are educational, and their designs are stunning and unique. It's because I loved their jewelry that I chose to come here for my piercing, and I'm so glad I did because it was fantastic!

  My piercing that was closed and healed for three years now reopened because of an incompetent apprentice working here unsurpervised. I emailed then and im not satisfied with their response. Weeks later and my ear is still intermittently swollen and hot because they REPIERCED my ear instead of changing the jewelry the way I asked. I was so shocked by the pain that shot through my body because I only consented to a jewelry change. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! They should be looked into by whoever regulates piercing shops.

  Everyone at this location is very kind and professional. Elizabeth did four piercings for me and she was great! I let her pick the locations of each piercing and I love how it turned out.
