Went By to the Rockefeller location and that’s how I met her , she helped me understand what would be best suited for my Ear and which side (got it on my right ear ) it was quick and honestly this is my second time getting pierced (got my nose pierced in February)this year and she made me feel comfortable and secure and was super clean. Made sure everything was sterilized and clean from the jump and after as well, along with explaining aftercare for the piercing! The place is so cute and i love the esthetic. Will definitely be coming back to her to size down once I’m done healing! Thanks again to Judina !!! She was an absolute Pleasure to work with !

They were able to take my earrings out but because I did not purchase these earrings at their store they could not put them back in?? Makes no sense and ended up being a big inconvenient hassle. Also everything (unless you are physically there) is done via email, any appointment, question, concern, all email, you can't just pick up the phone and talk to someone, hence why I don't like the idea of an industry like piercing being turned into a corporate chain. Their selection of jewelry is very limited and way over priced. Help keep small business alive and avoid places like this.

I asked a bunch of questions and both the person at the front desk as well as the person who did my piercings were very informative. I got second holes in my earlobes. The whole process was simple, easy, quick, and safe. My piercing specialist, Ashley Sutton, explained everything very clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. It barely hurt at all and I was instantly thrilled with the results. It’s been about two weeks since my piercing and everything has been going well. I’m already planning my next piercing.
