The piercing selection process is so well-explained and unhurried; the displays and illustrations are legit helpful; the jewelry is cute and well priced. My piercer, Grace, looked like a ballerina and worked like a surgeon - aside from a moment of discomfort the piercings haven’t hurt at all, and look perfect. Truly could not be happier.

On top of that, they told me that four kinds Of piercings I want I did not have the anatomy for (I understand their desire to do things properly, But I had been given the greenlight by other tattoo places before And I think that the piercer was just not comfortable) . I ended up getting a forward helix And some saline solution. When I got home, I realized they never packed the saline. I've reached out to customer service and their solution was for me to just Take the trip out there again, even though I don't live anywhere over there. They refused to give me a refund or mail me one. Yesterday, The decorative part of the earring popped off, and I was only left with the backing. The post was too short for the area it didn't even poke through to the other side so he hole closed almost immediately. At this point, the entire experience was just a waste of money. Now I have a very swollen, closed piercing, no jeweler y, no saline. Very disappointed. Not to mention all the other piercings that they refuse to give me I got done Elsewhere, And they're all doing very well Unlike the one that I got from here that was extremely swollen And popped off.
