I had been contemplating the piercing for 2 years and so happy I finally did it. The staff there were also super friendly in helping me pick out jewelry. I went to the one in Hudson Yards, super convenient to get to.

So much so, that I just bought two more new earrings with them. Their customer service is so exceptional that when I had one of the earrings accidentally fall out a week later (likely due to how I inserted it); they absolutely understood and reordered me a new one. Absolutely amazing!!! Love this place.

I had JUST been talking about wanting to get a second piercing so of course we convinced each other to go for it. The staff were all so lovely and helpful.
