We all ended up getting conch and other cartilage piercings, our consultations with the staff were quick, easy, and very helpful. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt like we got some good guidance through the process. Their whole setup seemed very clean and sterile, and we were able to hang out while the others got pierced, the vibe was super chill. This place was exactly what we were looking for!

One earring the gem popped out and rather than providing an exchange was told that they were not able to do anything due to a warranty window which was never disclosed. 14k gold pieces shouldn’t do this either way especially when only had for 6.5 months of and never downsized. No accountability for their product, or accommodation but then was trying to be sold additional 14K pieces…. No thanks

I had been contemplating the piercing for 2 years and so happy I finally did it. The staff there were also super friendly in helping me pick out jewelry. I went to the one in Hudson Yards, super convenient to get to.

So much so, that I just bought two more new earrings with them. Their customer service is so exceptional that when I had one of the earrings accidentally fall out a week later (likely due to how I inserted it); they absolutely understood and reordered me a new one. Absolutely amazing!!! Love this place.
