  Love this team! I got my forward helix and changed the jewelry for 2 helixes. I probably ended up chatting with every single person on the team since I got an apprentice piercing and was yapping with everyone for an hour, and I had a great time! I have 19 piercings and this was definitely my favorite experience!! Thanks!! 💕💕

  i got my 1st and 2nd lobes pierced with elizabeth and she was so incredibly patient and sweet! my piercings have had zero issues, and she was overall very kind and created such a calm and welcoming environment. she was extremely patient and helpful when it came to my anxiety about needles and she really did great with easing my anxiety and making the entire appointment swift, and perfect! it was an amazing experience and i 100% recommend getting pierced by her! :)

  Couldn’t imagine a better piercing experience, from start to finish. George is an incredible help — super knowledgeable about jewelry, placement, and earscaping. He’s got a great eye AND personality. My piercer, Samantha, is such a rockstar! Totally pro, enthusiastic and you can tell she’s a real individual and has so much creative talent.   I came with a friend for moral support, we had such a great time. George in the front was so kind, funny and made it such a fun environment and helped her build her jewelry. Sam was her piercer, she was super knowledgeable, patient and kind. Also loved the way the store smelled!! Please bring back the serpent earring, I came looking for it and couldn’t find it!

  OVERALL, my experience at this store was nice. I felt welcomed and was helped throughout my visit. The girl who pierced my ear was very kind, and she did her job quickly and painlessly. My only issue (and honestly, a pretty major one) is that I felt upsold on the jewelry. I was told, “If you’re going to be wearing something for a long time, you might as well get a good piece,” which led me to purchase a gold option. I only later found out that the only gold part of the earring is the tiny top, while the bar itself is titanium—not even gold-colored. To be frank, paying $100 for such a small gold top (and not even a diamond) left a sour feeling. I know several great piercing studios in the city where you can pay a similar price and receive a fully gold piece of jewelry, not just a fraction of it. Oh, and this seems to be the brand as a whole. They advertise “gold jewelry,” but in reality, only a tiny portion of it is actually gold. It feels misleading and very much like a classic corporate upsell.
