    Posting this 2 weeks later but i just wanted to mention and thank Ivan and Mirca for the wonderful experience and professionalism that they both had. I walked in around 6:30 and needed to get my makeup done for my birthday dinner, Mirca was welcoming and kind. She told me she was going to see what they could do to see if someone could possibly do my makeup since it was late (6:30) and the makeup artist had left already. She asked Ivan and he didn’t think twice, proceeded to do my makeup very very kind and professional. The makeup was stunning! I just wanna thank them again and let sephora know that they need a raise!!!

    Don’t go if you actually need a staff member to help you. If you already know what you need and it’s in stock, you’ll be fine. Tried to get a staff member to assist with an item, had to search for someone who was free, was still told to wait before being helped. Item wasn’t in stock, then was told to wait again while they checked in the back and was left twiddling my thumbs while they assisted other customers. Walked out because I can wait at home and order online for that level of customer service.

    I went in for an order pickup today it took 15 minutes and only 1 customer who was doing an in store pickup was ahead of me. The associate who released my items wasn't necessarily the problem because I could tell she was overwhelmed as she kept answering people on the walkie. My issue was the associate Robin who is extremely rude. I'm standing where the order pickup station is behind another young lady, we're waiting for a while which again is fine it's the holidays but she was acknowledged and the associate went to go retrieve her items. Robin decides to walk up to the order pickup station and take a client she was assisting with purchasing 3 gift cards and STAND in between me and the other customer essentially blocking me from the associate who was assisting in store pickup. Robin did not acknowledge I was standing there, did not say excuse me would u mind moving over to the side didn't even look in my direction and kept her back to me instead I had to backup myself because why would I want to be breathing down your neck. It wasn't until several other people lined up behind me that Robin found her voice and asked them if they were here for store pickup and led them to where they should line up on the opposite side of me....still said not one word to me. The other people were helped and their orders were released...I'm still standing there waiting because my order wasn't placed where they staged it. It's at no fault to the associate who released my items to me as I kept hearing her say she would rezone so I'm assuming she wasn't supposed to be at order pickup. But Robin she pissed me off.

    Sky and Chanel were amazing! They definitely were patient, helpful and professional! My daughter had a great experience as well exploring all the different options of skin care and cosmetics! It was Black Friday week so the store was busy, however Chanel took her time to ensure I was matched with my products perfectly! Sky was also very helpful in assisting my daughter with her bday gift, thanks again! Will be back!

    Went today in hopes of buying some lip liners and there was no one to help. The associates just seem to walk around and not even ask anyone if they need assistance. Anyways waited for about 10 mins to find someone and when I did ask for help and told me to give her a min which in turned to another 10 mins. At that point I was just annoyed and as im walking out mind you I didn’t buy anything cause again no one to help I see the same associate just chatting. This is why I rather buy online and as a store manager myself thats no way to treat customers and deff a one way ticket to not making sales which is the main objective in running a business. Needless to say this store deff lacks manager presence.
