- CDChapa Dissanayake1 day ago1.0The fact that people have been sharing similar negative experiences with the staff continuously throughout the years and Sephora keeps apologizing to all these reviewers but the fact that nothing has changed and the negative reviews keep adding up on top of each other makes me wonder what’s actually going on with Sephora. It’s one thing to hate your job because of the company you work for, but to take it out on other people ? I work in customer service too in a toxic environment, but I’d never take it out on customers.

We felt so uncomfortable throughout our entire shopping experience as the associates kept following us around the store to ensure we were not stealing. We felt racially profiled at this location because instead of them asking if we needed any assistance they continued to follow us around and it wasn't until they spent a good amount of time following, when various employees asked us if we were doing OK. There were about three associates just standing and staring at us as we looked and touched products. Once we got to the cashier to pay the associate at the register whispered something in her walkie so that we could not hear- we could only assume it was about us. What a disappointment of experience this was and extremely uncomfortable!! Shame on this location and the way the staff is trained to just follow people around to the point they feel uncomfortable to even touch a product!
