  stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sarah at Sephora gave me an amazing experience. When I usually come in, it’s often crowded and people can be rude or impatient, but she stayed calm, professional, and genuinely kind the entire time. She truly went above and beyond, trying multiple solutions to make sure I was taken care of instead of rushing me. Her patience, knowledge, and positive attitude made a huge difference and completely changed my experience. This is the level of service that keeps customers coming back. Thank you, Sarah.

  One of the better Sephora stores in the city. Comfortable to walk around and shop. Helpful staff.

  Thought it was just my experience but seeing other reviews validated my bad experience. This one might have one of the rudest staff at checkout counter. Check how your staff talk at this store and maybe its time to go over courtesy 101 training.

  Normally, I have a pleasant shopping experience here. However, my recent interaction with sales associate Marzia was disappointing. I came in to make a small purchase, and since no one was at the register, I approached Marzia, who had a portable payment device. Before I could even finish asking if I could check out with her, she abruptly looked up, said “NOPE, I’m busy,” and walked off. I was genuinely surprised by her tone, as this hadn’t been my experience in the past. Another associate kindly helped me instead. During and after my transaction, I noticed Marzia was simply on her phone and walking around. Moments later, a few other guests entered, and she immediately offered to assist them.
