I have been using Bare Minerals for years as my tried and true, so I was surprised when I couldn’t find it in stores after checking multiple locations. I stopped in and was helped by Rylee. She understood my concerns about not being able to find the product and offered to help me find a substitute for the work event I have this week. I was hesitant at first, but the moment she started showing me the Kosas powder and explaining the benefits and how to use it, I was sold. That is not easy for me. She was so kind and took her time walking me through how to apply it, and she even suggested complementary products that would pair well and elevate my look. I am so glad I stopped in and gave something new a chance. I was provided with outstanding customer service.

While the rest of the team was friendly and helpful, management should address this inconsistency to uphold Sephora’s service standards and prevent future customers from facing the same issue.
