We swatched dozens of foundations and my color associate -mari-something, only ever told to me when I came back seeking her help and undoubtedly mispronounced- was enthusiastic and empathetic while we walzed around the store. We found the perfect match and I came back for her recommendation of PTR sunscreen. She was our guardian angel and truly found exactly what we needed and recommended what I needed but didn't know was a must. 11/10 service. Just due to our associate and she deserves all the praise in the world. She greeted us on Monday and then helped the perfect foundation match. Her care, specifically, makes me want to shop at Sephora over ulta. She knew her color and was an amazing help. Finding folk that are passionate about their craft is a precious rarity. She is one of them. She actually goes the extra mile for perfection. I live hundreds of miles away and worked as a color specialist in a sephora here for years and this level of care is spectacular. You have a true gem on your hands. Make sure you treasure her.

The cashier lady was sweet but the manager Milly was not trying to help or anything she just said I had to joint the huge line , waist my precious time for the mistake that her worker made . She was not trying to fix it or make it better or even apologise. She kept being sassy by saying of I joined the line long time ago instead of talking to her I would be almost by the cashier already . She was snobbish unprofessional and showing her power to me . The cashier lady apologised , but experience was ruined and the mood and day was ruined.
