He couldn't initially help me with a bit of a complicated request, but was NOT rude and dismissive about it, which I appreciated. He eventually was able to help me in general, which was even better, but I think it's worth noting his patience all around.

She also recommended a few skincare products to help my face transition from summer to winter, and I’m now obsessed with all of them.

Placed on hold for over 8min. Then called back. Before I could even finish a sentence I’m interrupted saying 3 people called out and she’s about to put me on hold again. I appreciated the second worker’s blunt nyc style honesty because she at least respected my time. If your workers are struggling don’t even give a phone number an option on shitty work days for them. Give them an option to let phone customers know that due to high in store volumes they can’t take calls.

Les conseillères ont été très aimables et accueillantes, mais la personne qui nous a encaissés, isolée dans un coin du magasin, s’est montrée particulièrement hautaine. Compte tenu du montant de nos achats, nous avons demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un échantillon. Sa réponse a été sèche : « On n'en a pas, il faut demander à l’étage. » Or, à l’étage, il n’y a rien, alors qu’aux caisses principales, les vendeuses en distribuent sans problème. Cela donne une impression de radinerie, ce qui est dommage. Ils se présentent comme « le plus grand Sephora », mais celui des Champs-Élysées est de loin plus professionnel, plus accueillant et nettement plus généreux avec sa clientèle.
