- ILisabella lee2 days ago1.0Crappiest Sephora I was on the phone because my Dad just had a heart attack and people were calling for an update and they kept harassing me to get off the phone or I can continue the conversation outside of the building. Then harassed me again Saying I was blocking the walk way when I went outside. These were the two employees and they were snickering when they told me to exit. Nasty people. Nasty establishment and a lot of items are not in stock. AVOID AT ALL COST.

She pointed a few out and I said “that’s a bit expensive for me” and she replied with “No it’s not! That’s only $30!” Felt super rude and off putting. Didn’t appreciate the upselling and she kept pushing. Shame I love Sephora.

An employee manipulated me into signing up for a credit card without my consent, I was 18 with no credit history so it was denied however this is major fraud. I do not recall the employees name & it has been reported to the FTC however I will never shop from Sephora again.
- APAbigail PerezDec 20, 20255.0I been holding for months to give a review but there is not a day that goes by that I can’t stop thinking about about the time I went back to NY to visit my son because I moved to CT but I was liking to gift a cologne and when I enter Sephora and went down the escalator I was looking around and a man approached me and asked me are you being helped and I was scared and he noticed and he introduced himself the night as the manager but I forgot his name and he took me to the lady that was there promoting Dior and I tell you his service was amazing that I got my son his gift and I left as a happy customer. Thank you
