During my recent visit, I was waiting in line to check out when the cashier deliberately skipped over me and assisted the next customer instead. I found this behavior to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. I was standing directly in front of the register, waiting patiently for my turn, yet I was ignored without any explanation or acknowledgment. This left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. The manager came and tried to cover saying she was only taking cash which it was a lie because she noticed I was upset the cashier named Ashly never asked me if my transaction was going to be cash or credit she just step away next to the other cashier for me to go to other person and she called the next person a white lady This was Sephora store #940 NYC right in Fulton train station
