- ZDZ DavisDec 22, 20251.0Terrible experience. I stopped in today around 2 PM and unfortunately encountered Sarah, the sales associate standing at the front. I asked for help finding a perfume set, but instead of assisting me, she simply pointed in the general direction and showed no interest in actually helping. When I walked closer to the perfume section, the other sales associates were also unhelpful. They were more focused on chatting amongst themselves and applying makeup than assisting customers. Safe to say, I won’t be returning to this location. Ironically, I went to the Sephora on 34th Street (across from Macy’s) afterward, and the associates there had no issue helping me or walking me directly to the products I needed. I’m also grateful I didn’t place a same-day online pickup order, especially after hearing how inaccurate the website inventory can be.
