    The people who work there are so rude!!! I’m a man looking for a gift for my girlfriend and my sister, and of course I don’t know about “blush”. The girl in charge of the store asked me ”what do you want?” and I said “I’m looking for a blush” and she replied in a sarcastic tone “yes but what kind of blush? There are so many, text your girlfriend or whoever and come back” and I said “pink blush” and she told me “go ask more info” with a very aggressive tone and attitude. I thought that I was exaggerating and I was wrong. So then I looked up more information in Google and I did my best to do the purchase without help at all. Finally I went to the cashier and the same girl was there, and she said to me “give me your phone number “ (for loyalty or reward points or idk) and I said “sorry, I don’t have a phone number” and she replied “well get a number, ask your girlfriend or I don’t know “ and I said “we are not Americans, we are tourists and we don’t have an American number“ so finally she completed the order making me feel like an idiot, like I was bothering them and very uncomfortable. I said “have a good night, thank you”, she didn’t even reply. Definitely Im not going back!!!!! If you’re thinking to open a store in Chile I will tell everyone about my experience before they go there. The girl had a necklace that says “Cheyenne” or something similar

    Fui a comprar un blush rosa para mi hermana, yo como hombre desconozco del tema, una chica me pregunta que estoy buscando y le comento que un “blush rosa” y me dice con un tono un tanto burlesco que necesita más información. Pensé que yo había malinterpretado el tono de ella así que busqué el producto por mi cuenta. Lamentablemente después me la encuentro al momento de pagar, la misma chica me atiende en la caja, me pide el numero de teléfono y le dije que no quería poner mi numero de teléfono y responde “entonces pon el de tu novia” con un tono agresivo, le digo que no tenemos números de teléfono americanos y completa la orden sin siquiera despedirse o decir “gracias”. La chica tenia un colgante en el cuello que decía “Cheyenne”. La peor experiencia de compra en Estados Unidos

    Went in to exchange a foundation that an associate helped me with that wasn’t doing what I asked for it to do. It was 10 days over the return timeframe because I was out of the country and the manager just said we can’t do this exchange. The thing is the sales associate spent about 30 minutes with me helping me choose an alternative product before the manager came in to the picture. So thank you Sephora for wasting everyone’s time and loosing a lifetime client. It’s not about money it’s about recognizing who your customer is and making exceptions accordingly. I spend more money here than I should anyway. Now I’ll spend it elsewhere now ! 😀

    I always have a great experience at this Sephora! The store is well organized with an amazing selection, but what really makes my visits special is Delanie. She is always so kind and helpful every time I come in. She takes the time to listen to what I need and helps me choose the right products.
