    Managers need to put more of an emphasis on customer service. I work right around the corner so have been to this location numerous times, and each time I’ve had a negative experience specifically with the staff. Employees are usually congregating to chat instead of helping customers, and then get annoyed when I interrupt to ask for help. honestly I think the floor managers are in the groups chatting too lmao. It’s not that hard to be nice to customers and smile, if someone doesn’t have customer service skills why keep them as an employee? plenty of people are looking for jobs out there

    Staff named janeisha I think that's how you spell it .. rude when I went to pick up my order , the next time I'll be writing another review is any of the staff comes off rude or speaking with a manager

    Customer service here is so bad. They always try to push products to buy for that month and it sucks. This month its urban decay. They lie about products to hit their quota. To top everything off I tried to exchange something and it was 2 days over the 30 days. Which a Sephora employee had told me don’t worry you have 60 days to exchange.so news to me it’s only 30 days. Sephora employee had helped me with this foundation but when I went home it was darker than my skin color and patchy. And even though I explain my situation and on top of that I couldn’t come earlier bc I’m pregnant so I don’t go out ;I got “ everyone has a story” by the manager there. Not to mention he was super sassy(attitude) with it. “Idk what u want me to do bc I’m not going to over-ride it” like dam where’s the empathy. Also some employees were laughing at me bc I got on the phone with customer service. What a shame. If I wasn’t pregnant I wouldn’t said something to them laughing. I had spent 2 hours in the store with a person trying to get the perfect foundation for me! Finally did and I get hit with this news. I just wanted a foundation that actually matched me and there was so much trouble for an exchange. I would understand if it was a return but no. The customer service told me over the phone that the manager had the power to override it, since it was only 2 days. He said “no not in my store “. People really need to learn kindness.Sephora doesn’t take responsibility for their employees. They push product on you and they know it sucks. I wish I knew about the 30 day policy but now I’m stuck with products that will end up in the garbage just bc employees try to upsell things that do not work. And who ever Is reading this knows it’s true ! Even Google knows it as 60 days exchange. It should put in the receipt in clear words. Not even a 1 time customer courtesy. I wish I dealt with a manager that had compassion at least with their words. & employees that didn’t laugh for trying to get some solution out of this. It was a whole waste of time and money spent for no reason. Some of these employees don’t even know about makeup and that’s why customers make the mistake in trusting them & buying it. Ridiculous.

    I usually love going to Sephora and I’m rouge. But at this location, I tried to ask for product recommendations and the associates were so mean even though they were standing around. It felt like they were doing me a favor. I was spending so much money there. And then when I finally got to the checkout, the cashier charged me more because she was too busy talking to another cashier about her boyfriend and completely ignored me when I tried to tell her that she charged me incorrectly. I’m not disclosing her name here, but it’s extremely unprofessional.

    I love Sephora in general but I had the most amazing experience with one of the workers there, her name is Arsi, and I loveee the makeup she recommended. I have a very oily skin so it’s been difficulty to find the right balance and she was spot on. Also the mascara by Huda she recommended is wooow! Me eyelashes have never been this long. Thank you!! ❤️
