  used to love shopping at this Sephora location, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. The employees here made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service felt dismissive rather than helpful, which really changed how I feel about this store.

  I absolutely loved this location!! A very beautiful young lady named Inaas helped me navigate everything and made my experience so memorable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and even taught me what works for me and what doesn’t. It’s very clear that this location hires people who truly understand their products and genuinely care about helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  A staff member named Aliyah helped me pick out a perfect rare beauty blush for my complexion. She was super helpful and treated me like a friend.

  A fuir! Heureusement que tous les magasins ne sont pas les mêmes. Les vendeuses sont hautaines, on demande des conseils on dirait qu’on les dérange. À un moment ma soeur demande pour avoir un produit dans le tiroir la dame ne lui a jamais donné le produit. Elles murmurent entre elles mais pas de chance car on comprenait l’anglais. Je ne sais pas si elles sont juste comme ça avec les touristes ou avec tous le monde mais c’est inquiétant d’avoir de tels comportements!

  I’m giving one star only because zero isn’t an option, otherwise, I absolutely would. The employees at this Sephora are horrible. If you’re a tourist, run. They are blatantly anti-tourist, giving nasty looks and talking about you while laughing among themselves, assuming you don’t understand what they’re saying. Don’t even bother asking for help. We already knew our shades, but they weren’t available on the shelf. Asking an employee to simply open the stock drawer with her key was apparently too much to handle, she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes right in front of us, and acted like we were bothering her by… doing her job. If you don’t like people, maybe choose another career, ladies. To be fair, this is not the case everywhere: we went to the Sephora on Broadway right after, and the staff there was absolutely lovely. But this location at the World Trade Center? Never again.
