Initially they couldn't find it as its a very new product (wasn't even out yet) but Jorge did not give up and made sure I got my fragrance! (And saved my Valentine's Day) He really went above and beyond.

I came in initially looking for a concealer but with the hep of Sofia, her AGM and Dominique I was able to get more insight on exfoliators that are winter friendly, some exclusive scents, and a new concealer I've never tried before but loved. Im brand new to New York so finding the store was a challenge but the experience made it worth the travel in the cold. Thank you for taking the time to make my experience memorable and I'll most certainly be back Warmly, Your Rougie Tony
- EJEmery JacksonJan 24, 20261.0I booked a 60 minute makeup session and the only thing that got executed was my eye shadow after the supervisor had to step in 3 times to help. I did not end up finishing my full face bc my base ( concealer and foundation) was patchy and separating. I still paid for full session ($60) and spent $124 separately on products to finish my face MYSELF for my birthday dinner. If you want a more experienced makeup artist do no book with Melissa at this location.
