I was in and out in less than 10 minutes in the middle of a Saturday afternoon, in Manhattan, while trying not to miss the next train. If you’re a NYer you know that’s a major win. He was checking me out at the cash register and when I agreed to wanting a bag, he then gave me the bag to put my purchase in. That's horrible service. I was frazzled because they had stopped carrying my holy grail concealer, and I’m very picky about my concealers/makeup in general. He was patient, and helped me to navigate similar items and brands and even did a demo on my face to make sure I would leave with what I came in for. He had a full face of glowy, stunning makeup and really met me in the middle to help meet my under eye needs. Big ups to this employee 🙏🏽
