I was looking to purchase multiple perfumes and waited for assistance for quite some time. The employees were too busy talking to each other to even approach me. No one offered help at all. What made this even more upsetting is that the moment a white customer needed assistance, the staff immediately went to help them, despite having ignored me the entire time. I’ve visited this location many times and have been a loyal Sephora customer for years, but today I felt completely disregarded and undervalued. This experience was unacceptable, and I am truly disappointed.
