It was my birthday and I was trying to get my gift and so I was going to buy a new touch land hand sanitizer to get the said gift. To The man working there that day on the 14th, who took a group of people to a different check out and told me, while I was trying to buy the gift, “your funny to think we have any birthday gifts left during December holiday season” you are a monstrosity of evil. All I wanted was my birthday gift, it was gonna be the highlight of my day. Now I love Sephora but Imma need a break after this interaction…

I used to shop here all the time but I honestly gave up on this Sephora because the workers here know a lot about recommending products that they personally like but not about understanding the ingredients and how they will work together. I spent almost $2,000 at this location today all because of Yasmary. I’m so happy with my products and she reassured me that the money I was spending will be worth it! She was so kind and patient. Another girl who I think was a manager was also helpful but I did not catch her name. I think I may start shopping at this location again. Shout out to their new staff!
