  I had the best experience getting my eyebrows done by Hasije D. today After 5+ months of not touching my brows, she completely brought them back to life. Hasije was patient, precise, and really listened to what I wanted. She cleaned them up without over-tweezing and kept my natural shape — which is SO important to me. My brows look fuller, lifted, and perfectly shaped without looking thin or overdone. Professional, gentle, and talented. $22 VERY well spent. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

  The store no longer feel premium. Testers are dirty or missing, displays are messy, and products are scattered everywhere. Staff often seem disengaged and not interested in helping customers. The stores look chaotic and poorly maintained, which completely takes away from the luxury shopping experience Sephora claims to offer. Sephora should invest more in cleaning up stores and training associates instead of constantly pouring more money into advertising.

  After eating a Japanese lunch nearby, we walked over to Sephora for my wife to look for a particular eye liner. They did not have the one she was looking for but did buy a similar one. Lots of helpful employees even though this store was packed with people, mostly tourists. Checkout was easy. Since this store is on a very busy part of Fifth Avenue and it was Saturday, I guess the crowds are normal.

  Just wanted to share my experience at this location with associate who has a beautiful name Aliyah. She was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me with choosing beauty products. She took the time to understand my needs, offered thoughtful recommendations ,and made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and greatly appreciated her help.

  My daughter had a brand new gift card that she opened up in front of Sephora employee at the register and was told that there is nothing on the card on 1/24/26 on the 5th avenue NY. We checked with the place that we purchased the gift card and definitely the amount was there. Sephora and the same card was used on 1/26/26 online. I had the card and 100% couldn’t use because the employee had scratched the code on the back so hard that I was no longer readable. Sephora at NY location refusing to investigate. Very disappointed that the card was stolen from my child.
