  I had the absolute BEST experience at Sephora thanks to Amanda. I walked in feeling a little overwhelmed and honestly kind of lost, with a list of items I needed but no idea where to start. From the moment Amanda stepped in to help me, everything changed. She took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for and carefully went through my entire list with me. She didn’t rush me at all — she walked me through each product, explained the differences, made thoughtful recommendations, and made sure I understood why each item would work for me. Her knowledge was truly impressive, and you could tell she genuinely knows her products inside and out. What really stood out to me was how attentive and patient she was. She made sure I found everything I needed, helped me compare options, and even stayed with me through checkout to make sure the entire process was smooth. I never once felt pressured or ignored — she made me feel supported the whole time. Amanda turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into such an enjoyable and easy experience. She is professional, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond for her customers. Sephora is so lucky to have her, and I will definitely be asking for Amanda every time I come back. If you’re shopping at Sephora and need help, do yourself a favor and find Amanda — you will not be disappointed!

  Omg, I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this Sephora. I had the swiftest most efficient and enjoyable shopping experience ever. Cait was a phenomenal help with my fragrance purchase and Alexandria was an absolute DELIGHT while helping me find all of my makeup items. She was diligent and resourceful and was determined to help me locate each of my products needed. Her warmth and patience highly encouraged me to purchase additional items just because I enjoyed her energy. I will absolutely be back 💜💜💜 Thank you ladies!

  ALEX S ALEX S ALEX S!!!! She was so so incredibly wonderful and amazing at her job. She took me all around the store and was so passionate about finding things that felt good for me. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but I ended up leaving with way more than I intended since her recommendations were so good!! She was so sweet and thoughtful, tailoring her recommendations to my skin tone and preferences. If you ever go to this store, ask for ALEX S!!!!! She needs a raise!!!

  Make sure you double check your products before leaving the store! I haven’t purchased make up in a few years and wanted to buy a liquid foundation that would match my face perfectly. I found a sales rep who was friendly, nice, and seemed to know his products . He matched a foundation with my skin tone using a test bottle and I was sold on the product and decided to purchase it. I noticed it was taking him sometime to find the foundation and he was rummaging through the bottles, he finally found the bottle and I purchased it. This morning I decided to use the foundation (make up by Mario) I noticed that the bottle he gave me was almost two shades darker than my face. I’m highly upset that I spent $52 on a product that I can’t use, especially when I was so eager to purchase new make up! I’m not saying that he gave me the wrong product on purpose but watching him trying to find the color that he used on my face was a tell tell sign that, the color foundation I wanted may have been outta stock! I’m not sure if I can return the bottle for the correct color since I opened it. Highly disappointed

  I never write reviews for anything but yesterday Alex Salabarria helped me so much that I had to. She was so sweet and willing to help. I went to so many Sephoras looking for Forvr Mood I am her set but it was sold out and completely sold out online. When I walked in I rushed to the fragrances looking for the set and was instantly heartbroken. I guess Alex saw my disappointed and offered help. When she did a stock check they were sadly out. But then something told us to just look in the drawer. When she opened it we didn’t see it, but then she stopped and reached all the way in the back and there it was hiding. When she found it she was even more excited for me than I was. I worked at a Sephora and she still might be the best employee I have came across thank you so much. She seemed so genuine and kind. I felt so welcomed. Thank you Alex
