- TBTy Bekaroo2 days ago5.0I went to this specific sephora like 2 weeks ago on a friday, it was my mom’s birthday and I was looking to buy her some goodies when she goes back to Trinidad. A staff named Jessica stumbled upon me asking me how can she help me today and I told her my situation and that I needed some help cause I don’t usually shop here. She showed me gift sets and some of the popular products that everyone raves about, and when I tell you she literally saved my life, she did! She was amazing, her product knowledge told me everything I needed to know, so thank you to Jessica from me and my mom.

I think she even rolled her eyes and looked like she couldn’t be bothered to help out at all. The other cashier was extremely friendly and patient!! I like this store location because it actually seems less busy than the other ones in the city.

He said it’s for digital receipt when it fact was marketing sign up and he gave me physical receipt. It soured my experience at the store. Do you really need to lie to your customers why they are have to give you their email? Can’t you just be upfront and accept if they say no? How hard is it?
