    This Sephora showcases a fabulous cast of an expert crew of mostly exclusively female advisors ready to beautify you at your word. They're always busy, but the fresh lines of Fenty and Moroccan Oil is always big. Shop until you drop!

    I had a wonderful experience here, yes it was crowded but what Sephora isn’t? Items were organized and easy to find I was in and out. Tiffany the cashier was superb she went above and beyond for me. I was bummed I couldn’t get my birthday gift due to it being the end of the year and they are low on them so she added points to my account as well as giving me some other goodies they did have available. I was so appreciative and can’t wait to use them. Thankyou to the staff at Sephora Union Square will be visiting you guys soon.

    The discount was not applied to items that were originally eligible for the promotion. Because my return date was approaching, I was unable to go back to the store in person. I later sent photos of the receipt, but I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done. No resolution or alternative was offered, which left me feeling quite dissatisfied.

    When i come to NYC i always shop Sephora in union square. It's usually get. However, the new Associates, are not customer focused. I went in to purchase my foundation and my color was not out. So i asked an associate to get one out of the drawer. There were about 5 associates not doing anything but talking amongst themselves. He said he needed to call someone with a key. I waited 10 minutes and left, without purchasing anything. Your telling me that all those people could not find the person with the key? Did Sephora change something? A store that big and only 1 person has a key? This is horrible customer service especially during the holidays. I'll have to rethink my beauty choices.

    Yesterday I went to Sephora to pick up gift gifts for a loved one and I was not in the store at all. There were at least four maybe five sales people in the vicinity of fragrances where I was looking. I spent some time looking at different things and needed some help however, not one person who saw me looking and was available helped me. As a black woman, I saw there were some black sales people, and they didn’t even acknowledge me. So I picked out a few sets from other things and when I got to the counter, I got a gift card. When the cashier asked if anyone helped me, I explicitly told her no and that it was very disappointing to not get any help . This tends to happen in many Sephora stores. I worked as a sales person many years ago and I always made it a rule to acknowledge each and every person even if I said hello and let them know if they needed help I would be willing to help it didn’t matter if they even bought anything or if they bought one small in expensive I still went out of my way to acknowledge them and make them feel good about coming into the store. I am definitely going Post another review on yelp and Contact the corporate store and tell them that they have to change the culture for Customer especially around the holidays and those who are looking but maybe need assistance.
