By the time someone got to me, the person that checked me out was so rude to me. She had the most disgusting attitude. I think her name was Kerry. She also put herself to receive commission even though she informed me of something I already asked her. Truly disappointed

An employee followed us around the store very closely and repeatedly asked if we needed help in a way that felt less like customer service and more like letting us know we were being watched. Ironically, when we actually did need assistance, she didn’t offer help—she just stood nearby, pretending to fix a display while keeping an eye on us. It made the shopping experience awkward and unwelcoming. There’s a big difference between being attentive and being surveilled, and unfortunately this felt like the latter. I hope management addresses this, because it definitely affected our desire to shop here again.

I was greeted and assisted as soon as I walked in, then referred to Jessica for direct help. Jessica was very kind, educational and patient. I greatly appreciate her help and recommendations. I left with a new concealer and a few other items. Great location, services and will return. Thank you
