I came in because my ears reacted badly to all 3 pair of earrings I purchased from Rowan. My friend also received the same pair and her ears were itching as well. I understand hypoallergenic doesn’t mean that they 100% wouldn’t impact them. However, it seems to be safer to wear costume jewelry instead because my ears have never itched and peeled that bad. When going I thought things would be fine aiden our phone call was decent. However Kevin the manager insisted the earrings “weren’t from here,” even after I showed him proof of these same exact earrings on their wall. Why would I return earrings to Rowan that weren’t from Rowan? My friend, who was with me, also had a reaction to her Rowan earrings. Instead of listening, he told us “there’s no way” the earrings caused it because they’re gold-plated and claimed the issue must be “something internal” with me. Both of our bodies are different and she as well had one. Unless someone is a medical professional, telling customers what’s happening inside their bodies is inappropriate. It felt dismissive, invalidating, and unprofessional. I’ve never had issues with jewelry before, and I expected better customer service. Not someone telling me that it’s an internal issues and inquiring medically after stating you aren’t a medical professional.

I love the fact that I have a place to go to check on my piercings if anything goes wrong l. Detailed care and instructions was given. A little pricey but worth it. I came back to do an update. Day 3 of having my piercing and no pain. The aftercare spray is a miracle worker. I was having trouble with my Tragus (done at another location). Started using the spray on that piercing and it’s healing it. So although it’s pricey the quality and care you received is worth all the money. Definitely book Samantha.

All of the staff is wonderful and very welcoming and patient. It was a very easy process and afterwards I received a goody bag of some things to take care of my ears and the nurse walked me through what to do for the next few weeks as the piercings healed. This is my second time here, and I have recommend this place to so many people!
